Attorney General Mark Brnovich Announces Former Candidate for Cochise County Superior Court Indicted for Perjury

Sierra Vista, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that a State Grand Jury has indicted 48-year-old Sandra Finch Russell, of Sierra Vista, with one felony count of Perjury, for signing a false “Declaration of Qualification” as a part of her 2020 candidacy for the office of Judge of the Superior Court in Cochise County.

Phoenix, Arizona - On Wednesday, October 13, 2021, the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force with assistance from the Phoenix Police Department arrested Taylor Stewart, 27, without incident following a bank robbery at Chase Bank, 830 S. Mill Avenue in Tempe. Stewart faces charges in connection with four bank robberies throughout the Phoenix metro area, including:

Phoenix, Arizona - Roderrell Boyd Charley, 33, of Chinle, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Douglas L. Rayes to 222 months of imprisonment. Charley previously pleaded guilty to Second Degree Murder.
