Tucson, Arizona - On Saturday April 14, Mothers Against Drunk Driving® (MADD) Southern Arizona will host the 2018 Candlelight Vigil. Each year MADD provides a voice for the victims and families impacted by impaired driving at its annual candlelight vigil. The vigil provides a forum for the bereaved, injured crash survivors, and their caregivers to reflect, share, and get comfort.

Phoenix, Arizona - Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced today that the Arizona Supreme Court issued a unanimous decision in favor of the State in the Maricopa County Community College in-state tuition case. In a 7-0 decision, the Court agreed with a previous 3-0 Court of Appeals decision that existing federal and state law do not allow Maricopa County Community College District to grant in-state tuition benefits to DACA recipients.
