Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich's lawsuit against the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) and Arizona State University (ASU) alleging violations of Arizona's constitutional gift clause ban concerning the Omni Hotel project in Tempe will move forward following an order today by the Maricopa County Superior Court. The defendants had previously filed motions to dismiss the lawsuit based on procedural arguments.

Phoenix, Arizona - In another sign of Arizona’s booming economy, the Phoenix metropolitan area led the nation for new jobs created over the last year. In a report released today from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale metropolitan statistical area (MSA) had the largest total nonfarm job growth of all large MSAs from May 2018 to May 2019.

Yuma, Arizona - The City of Yuma Police Department is conducting an impaired driving detail on Wednesday, July 3rd, Thursday, July 4th, Friday, July 5th, and Saturday July 6th, 2019. Additional officers will be used to rove city streets looking to stop and arrest drivers who are impaired by alcohol or drugs.
