Salt Lake City, Utah - Murat Suljovic, age 23, of Salt Lake City, pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City Tuesday morning.  U.S. Magistrate Judge Dustin B. Phoenix, Arizona - Monday, Michael Gilbert Butler, Sr., 45, of Peach Springs, Arizona, was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow to 84 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Butler previously pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon.
