Washington, DC - On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, President Donald J. Trump will award the Medal of Honor to Staff Sergeant Travis W. Atkins, United States Army, for conspicuous gallantry.  To commemorate the selfless service and sacrifice of Staff Sergeant Atkins, his son Trevor Oliver and family will join the President at the White House.

Barr and multiple law enforcement partners today announced the largest coordinated sweep of elder fraud cases in history, surpassing last year’s nationwide sweep. The cases during this sweep involved more than 260 defendants from around the globe who victimized more than two million Americans, most of them elderly.

Phoenix, Arizona - Last week, Armando Pablo Ochoa, 32, of Payson, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Susan M. Brnovich to ten years in prison followed by three years of supervised release.  Ochoa had previously pleaded guilty to use of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.

Phoenix, Arizona - Tuesday, Michael Joe, 33, of Whiteriver, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge David G. Campbell to five years in prison followed by three years of supervised release.  Joe had previously pleaded guilty to assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
