Indianapolis, Indiana - A former Indiana attorney, who also prepared tax returns for Indianapolis-area clients, pleaded guilty Friday to tax evasion, announced Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Richard E. Zuckerman and Josh J. Minkler, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana.

Trenton, New Jersey - Robert Arellano, 65, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, was sentenced Thursday in federal court in Trenton, New Jersey, to a total of four years in prison for his role in a multi-state dog fighting conspiracy. Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Bossert Clark of the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources Division and U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito of the District of New Jersey made the announcement.

St. Louis, Missouri - Ramiz Zijad Hodzic, 44, of St. Louis County, Missouri, pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of conspiring to provide material support to terrorists and one count of providing material support to terrorists.  Hodzic appeared today before Judge Catherine D. Perry who accepted his plea and set his sentencing for June 18, 2019.
