Washington, DC - By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to enhance the operation of the criminal justice system and address the legitimate concerns of American Indian and Alaska Native communities regarding missing and murdered people - particularly missing and murdered indigenous women and girls - it is hereby ordered as follows:

Vehicle Fire Endangering Home

Yuma, Arizona - On Tuesday, at approximately 2:15 am, a fire was reported in the 1200 block of 1st Avenue. Arriving Yuma Fire Department personnel found a vehicle on fire at 1134 South 1st Avenue. The vehicle and 2 sheds were fully on fire and endangering the home a few feet away. The fire was quickly knocked down and brought under control.

Yuma, Arizona - On Tuesday November 26, 2019, just after 8:15 am the Yuma Fire Department received a mutual aid request from California authorities regarding a Task Force deployment to the Santa Barbara, area. Within the next hour an Engine and 4 YFD personnel left Yuma to meet with other members of an Imperial Valley Task Force and proceed to the Santa Barbara area.

Chicago, Illinois - A Chicago, man has been arrested on a federal complaint charging him with attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS). The complaint and arrest were announced by John C. Demers, Assistant Attorney General for National Security at the U.S. Department of Justice John R. Lausch Jr., United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois; and Emmerson Buie, Jr., Special Agent-in-Charge of the Chicago office of the FBI.

Miami, Florida - A citizen and resident of the Dominican Republic pleaded guilty last week in Miami, to multiple criminal charges in connection with a sophisticated global cellphone fraud scheme that involved compromising cellphone customers’ accounts in the United States and “cloning” their phones to make fraudulent international calls.
