Tips for Losing Weight
Did you know that losing weight can lower your chance of heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers? Now, that’s something to look forward to! This workshop will talk about several ways to keep weight off through a budget-friendly, flavorful diet and adding in some physical activity.
