Hit and run vehicle vs pedestrian 1800 blk. of W. 6th Pl

Yuma, Arizona - Friday, at 6:11p.m. officers were dispatched to a hit and run vehicle collision that occurred in the 1800 blk. of W. 6th Pl. 81 year old, Enrique Carval was crossing 6th Pl, and was struck by a vehicle traveling west bound. Carval received serious head injuries, and was transported to YRMC. The vehicle fled the scene, and was located unoccupied a short distance from the scene.
