Yuma, Arizona - Today, at approximately 12:06 p.m., a 25 year old white female was shot in the parking lot of Walmart, 2900 S. Pacific Avenue.
The initial investigation showed the female left Walmart and was in the east side of the parking lot when a light colored four door passenger car drove up. A single shot was fired from inside the vehicle and then the vehicle sped off southbound on Pacific Avenue.
The victim is currently at Yuma Regional Medical Center listed in serious condition.
The only suspect information we have at this time is the suspect vehicle; a light colored four door passenger car. We have no suspect information or description at this time.
