The National Taxpayers Union Foundation (NTUF), DRI Voice of Defense Bar (DRI), National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), Southeastern Legal Foundation, Cato Institute, and Law Professors together filed four amicus briefs in support of Arizona’s lawsuit.
