Phoenix, Arizona - Arizona Attorney General’s Office Special Agents arrested 54-year-old Elda Graciela Margez De Zamora for allegedly operating an unlicensed dental practice. After her arrest, a State Grand Jury indicted Margez De Zamora on 2 felony counts including Fraudulent Schemes and Practices and Practicing Dentistry Without a License.

Phoenix, Arizona - Attorney General Mark Brnovich and Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Diane Douglas today announced that they have joined ten other states in a federal lawsuit to challenge President Obama’s mandate requiring all public K-12 schools to open up boys’ and girls’ locker rooms and restrooms to students of the opposite sex, based on student perceptions of their "gender identity."
