In December 2017, the Yuma Main Library is offering a financial workshop and information session for individuals who want to discover ways to make their money go further. Yuma, Arizona - On Monday, December 4th, retired Yuma County Sheriff’s Office Detective Eric Frost will present “The Dangers of Social Media” at 2:00 p.m. at the Main Library. Learn how to keep yourself, your family, your job and your assets secure. Parents will learn what information can make kids easy targets for online predators, and what may cause problems in the future when applying for college or employment.

Phoenix, Arizona - Americans for Prosperity-Arizona (AFP-AZ) has launched a new direct mail effort to continue educating Arizonans about the positive impact the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program is having in improving education outcomes. Arizona is a leader in promoting education freedom policies and ESAs are currently available to 3,500 students to attend the school of their choice. This year, the Arizona legislature voted to expand access to the ESA program to nearly all students.
